摘　　要：通过解读张謇先生社会责任感的丰富内涵及产生的历史渊源、理论基础,提出张謇先生的为人处事对当代青年学子仍然具有标杆作用。结合当代高职生责任意识薄弱的现状,阐释了高职院校应该如何加强高职生的责任意识的培育。By interpreting the historical origin, theoretical basis and the practice of Mr. Zhang Jian＇s sense of social responsibility, the paper points out that Mr. Zhang＇s attitude in life is still a good model for contemporary young students. In view of the weak sense of responsibility among contemporary higher vocational college students, it expounds how to strengthen the cultivation of their sense of responsibility.
