个人知识管理的两种研究趋向

摘　　要：文章认为,现有个人知识管理的相关研究中存在两种研究趋向:其一,注重个人信息资源管理;其二,注重社会网络情景中联结的创建。文章详细分析了两种研究趋向,并对其进行了简要评述。This article believed that the existing research on personal knowledge management has two types of trends. The first trend paid more attention to personal information management, and the second trend focused on the creation of connections. The paper detailed the two studies trends, and gave a brief comment.
