摘  要:《中小学体育工作督导评估指标体系(试行)》的出台是继《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》之后的又一加强学校体育工作的法规性文件。经过分析认为,该文件进一步强化了对学校体育工作的指导性、法规性和可操作性,体现了科学发展观的要求。在此基础上提出实施对策:不断深化和提高对体育督导以及该文件重要地位和作用的认识;狠抓落实,依法治教;加强督学培训,完善督学队伍建设;处理好理论与实践、"督"与"导"、督政与督学的关系。Elementary and Middle School Physical Education Job Supervision and Evaluation Index System (Trial Implementation) is another legislative document issued after Opinions of the State Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening Teenager's Physical Education and Enhancing Teenager's Physical Quality. After analysis the authors concluded that the Index System has further strengthened its guidance, legislative functions and operability on school physical education and embodied the requirements of the scientific development view, and hence put forward the following measures for its implementation: constantly intensify and enhance physical education supervision as well as the understanding about the important status and functions of the Index System; vigorously implement the Index System and manage education according to the law; strengthen learning supervision training, and complete the construction of learning supervision teams; nicely handle the relations between theory and practice, "supervision" and "guidance", as well as policy supervision and learning supervision.
