摘　　要：利用手性Ｃｈｉｒａｌｃｅｌ ＯＤ柱高效液相色谱上对一系列苯丙氨酸酯类衍生物对映异构体进行了拆分，获得了良好的分离结果。讨论了化合物的结构对拆分效果的影响。The enantiomers of a series of phenylalanine derivatives were resolved on chiralcel OD column and chiralcel OB column by high performance liquid chromatography. Fifteen racemates were achieved to baseline separation or near baseline separation chiralcel OD. But on chiralcel OB, only one (No. 14) was separated to baseline. It was found that chiral- cel OD column displayed good streroselectivity to phenylalanine derivatives, Moreover, the separation effect was also affected by the structure of compounds, the results were discussed.
