摘  要:社会的快速发展、世纪之交开展的师范教育体制改革以及幼儿园课程改革的深入使幼教师资职前培养层次的提升成为必然选择。随之,中等幼儿师范学校一一升格,高等师范院校学前教育专业培养目标重心下移,综合性高等学校和非师范类高等学校参与到幼教师资培养工作中来。在提升幼教师资职前培养层次的过程中,部分地区存在着盲目提升现象,从而导致出现培养的断层现象。为数众多的中等幼儿师范学校提升方向和提升路径不明确,进退两难。Upgrading of pre-service cultivation of preschool teachers has become necessary due to the rapid development of society, and the system reform of teacher education, and the kindergarten curriculum reform. The upgrading of preschool teachers' school caused the preschool education in normal uriiversity to change the cultivation aims and meanwhile, comprehensive universities and non-normal universities get involved into the cultivation of preschool teachers. In this process, some areas have advanced the schooling level blindly and resulted in a faultage in the cultivation and many preschool teachers' schools are stuck in a dilemma with the direction and approaches unclear.
