摘  要:目的:研究富含多不饱和脂肪酸的鱼油和豆油对低硒大鼠体内含硒酶活力的影响。方法:饲大鼠低硒粮四周后添加鱼油或豆油(50g/kg)继续饲养四周,观察对大鼠肝、肾T45-脱单碘酶(ID-I)和全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力的影响。结果:低硒粮添加鱼油或豆油后,大鼠肝、肾ID-I活力降低,全血中GSH-Px活力亦明显降低;补充0.1μg/g硒后可预防PUFAs对二种酶活性的改变。结论:PU-FAs(鱼油或豆油)可使机体缺硒状态加重。The effect of fish oil(FO)and soybean oil(SO)on thyroxine T4 5monodeiodinase(IDI)and glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx)activities in rats fed on seleniumdeficient diets(0011μg/g)were investigated.Rats were maintained on seleniumdeficient diets for 4 weeks then supplemented with FO or SO(50g/kg)for 4 weeks.The results showed that consumption of diets supplemented with FO or SO could reduce the activities of IDI in liver and kidney,and cause a significant reduction in blood GSHPx activities.These changes could be effectively prevented by means of sodium selenite(0.1μg/g Se)supplemention.The results indicate that polyunsaturated fatty acids in FO or SO aggravate the status of selenium deficiency in rat fed on seleniumdeficient diet.
