摘　　要：目前,无论是国外还是国内,对图书馆的核心价值及图书馆员的职业价值进行了大量的研究和探讨,在探讨中不断总结和提升了图书馆员的职业价值,从而增加了图书馆员的职业自信心。但在领悟图书馆员的职业价值的同时,也不得不让人深思图书馆员的职业回报是否体现了我们图书馆员的职业价值,或者说职业回报是否与职业付出相和谐?这一问题也很值得同仁们深思和探讨。At present,whether overseas or domestic,has conducted massive research and discussion to the core values of li-braries and library personnel’ s professional value,unceasingly summarized and promoted library personnel＇s professional value in the discussion,thus increased library personnel＇s professional self-confidence.However,to realize the value of pro-fessional librarians at the same time,people must ponder whether the repay of occupational librarians reflects the library per-sonnel occupational value,or whether the occupational repay and profession paying is harmonious？ This issue also very much is worth the colleagues thinking deeply and discussing.
