猪油和菜籽油对小鼠粪pH值与粪胆酸含量的影响

摘  要:目的探讨膳食脂肪组成及膳食脂肪含量对粪pH值以及粪胆酸含量的影响,为膳食调整、结肠癌的预防提供科学依据.方法ICR小鼠,随机分为基础饲料组、菜籽油组、猪油组,以相应的饲料喂养.实验期间取新鲜粪便,采用精密pH计测定粪pH值每两周测定一次,采用比色法测定粪胆酸每四周测定一次.结果菜籽油与基础饲料组的小鼠粪pH值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);猪油组小鼠粪pH值显著高于基础饲料组以及菜籽油组(P<0.05).各组之间的小鼠粪胆酸含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论菜籽油组与猪油组对小鼠粪pH值的影响不同,猪油可以显著升高肠道pH值;不同膳食脂肪组成和膳食脂肪含量对粪胆酸含量无明显影响.Objective To study the influence of dietary fatty aid composition and fat content on the feces pH and feces cholic acid of mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into 3 groups, Control Group (CG), Rapeseed-oil Group (RG) and Lard-oil Group (LG). All mice were fed rodent chow respectively for 28 weeks. The feces pH was examined every two There was no significant differences in feces significantly higher than that in CG and VG pH (P weeks, feces cholic acid was done every four weeks. Results between CG and VG (P 〉 0.05) , but the feces pH in CG was 〈 0.05 ). No significant difference was found in feces choice acid between all groups. Conclusions Different dietary fat have different effect on feces pH. Card can significantly increase the feces pH. Dietary fatty acid composition and fat content have no effect on feces cholic acid.
