摘　　要：加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,是当前提高职业技术教育水平的关健。文章从"双师型"教师培养的必要性和紧迫性出发,分析了我国与世界主要发达国家职业教育"双师型"教师培养中存在的差距,提出了"双师型"教师培养的思考和对策。The key to improving the quality of higher vocational education is to strengthen the development of ＂double-quality＂ teaching staff. Based on the necessity and urgency of training ＂double-quality＂ teachers, the paper analyzes the gap between the ＂double-quality＂ teacher development in China and the ones in several major developed countries. The paper puts forward further reflections and measures on the issue.
