摘  要:在单色仪波长标定过程中,引入正弦曲线最小二乘拟合技术。与传统多项式拟合方法比较,这种技术有2点优势。其一,标定中使用的拟合公式与光栅方程一致,减低了对标定点数目的要求。使用普通标准谱线光源,可以满足标定仪器的精度要求。其二,根据测量仪器的实际结构,合理选择待定参数。这种选择可以大幅度简化计算,降低拟合过程中的运算复杂性。使用实测数据计算表明:其波长拟合偏误差在0.1 nm以内,其计算量只与线性拟合相当。In the process of wavelength calibration, an innovative sine curve fitting method was introduced. Comparing with the ordinary polynomial curve fitting, which uses the linear least squares method to fit data, this technique has two advantages. The first point is that sine type grating equation is used as calibration formula, makes it possible to gain high precision with less data points. So the number of mercury lamp spectral lines is enough in this situation. The second point is that formula coefficients are chosen according to instrument configuration, it changes the algorithm using nonlinear least squares method to linear one. So the computational complexity is reduced efficiently in this calibration. It is shown in the experiment that the fitting residuals are less than 0. 1 nm, and the programming complexity is very low.
