摘 要:目的:建立少儿述情障碍问卷(AQC)中文版,并分析其信、效度。方法:整群抽取长沙市某中学584名初中生,要求其完成了由原多伦多述情障碍20条目量表(TAS-20)修订而成的少儿述情障碍问卷,和用于考察该问卷实证效度的流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)。随机抽取其中的54人于两周后重测AQC。采用信度分析、相关分析、验证性因素分析考察量表的信效度。结果:少儿述情障碍问卷中文版的Cronbachα系数为0.75,重测信度为0.84,总分与各因子的相关系数在0.68~0.82之间,各因子间的相关系数在0.23~0.52之间,条目对因子负荷系数在0.12~0.73之间;验证性因素分析的指标:GFI=0.949、NFI=0.870、CFI=0.918、TLI=0.902、χ2/df=1.850、REMEA=0.038;AQC总分与流调中心用抑郁量表总分的相关为0.56(P<0.01);可能抑郁组的述情障碍总分及各因子分均高于非抑郁组[如,总分:(15.5±5.83)vs(9.72±4.34),P<0.01]。结论:少儿述情障碍中文版在本研究初中生中具有良好的信度和效度。Objectives: To develop the Chinese version of the Alexithymia Questionnaire for Children ( AQC) and to examine its rehability and validity. Methods: A total of 584 Chinese middle school students were selected and asked to complete the Chinese version of AQC and the Center Epidemiological Studies of Depression [ CES-D ) . And 54 students were selected from the 584 students and finished the AQC 2 weeks later. The reliability, construct validity and empirical validity were evaluated by inter-item consistency analysis, test-retest analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. Results: The Cronbach's a coefficient of the AQC was 0. 75. The test-retest reliability co- efficient was 0. 84. The correlation coefficients of the three factors with the total scale score ranged from 0. 68 to 0. 82. The correlation coefficients of the three factors ranged from 0. 23 to 0. 52. The factor loadings ranged from 0. 12 to 0. 73. The indexes of confirmatory factor analysis were as follows: GFI [0. 949), NF I (0. 870) , CFI (0. 918) , TLI (0. 902), X2/df ( 1. 850), and REMEA (0. 0381 . The correlation coefficients of alexithymia with depression was 0. 56 [ P 〈0. 01 ) . The AQC score in possible depressive children was significant higher than that in non-depression children (totalscore: (15.5±5.83) vs. (9.72±4.34), P〈0. 01) .Conclusion: The Chinese version of the AQC is a reliable and valid measure for assessing alexithymia in middle school students.
