摘　　要：本章试图从文化语境的角度分析词语内涵意义,探讨了影响词语内涵意义理解的主要文化因素,并进一步对比分析词语内涵意义在英汉两种语言中的表现,对如何在不同文化语境下对词语内涵意义的正确理解有一定的启发意义。The present paper attempts to analyze word connotative meaning from the aspect of cultural context and discuss the major cultural factors influencing the understanding of word connotative meaning.It further compares the manifestations of word connotative meaning in English and Chinese contrastingly,therefore,it is meaningful and helpful in the correct understanding of word connotative meaning in different cultural contexts.
