摘　　要：目的了解重庆市硕士研究生的心理健康状况,深入探讨影响硕士生心理健康的因素。方法通过立意抽样方法,采用个人深入访谈及关键人物访谈法,对重庆市多所高校硕士研究生、各研究领域专家及主管研究生工作的管理者进行访谈。利用MAXQDA 2007软件,对资料进行主题框架法分析。结果重庆市硕士研究生心理健康状况较好,少数研究生反映存在不同程度的心理健康问题,主要表现为强迫、焦虑、人际关系敏感、抑郁等;影响心理健康的主要因素有个性因素、环境因素,学业、就业、经济压力等。结论应加大对研究生心理健康问题的关注力度,针对研究发现的问题,有针对性地采取措施提高重庆市硕士研究生的心理健康状况。Objectives To explore the mental health status and the influence factors among postgraduates in Chongqing.Methods According to qualitative method,postgraduates,experts and professors,governors of the postgraduates were interviewed by personal in-depth interview,and the data were analyzed by MAXqda software.Results The results showed that the postgraduates' mental health status was good.The main psychological problems were anxiety,depression,and compulsive problem.Genetic and environmental factors and all kinds of the pressures could affect the postgraduates' mental health.Conclusions A series of targeted interventions should be taken to further enhance the postgraduates' mental health status in Chongqing.
