摘　　要：紧张的医患关系导致大量医疗纠纷,已经成为整个社会普遍的现象。据相关调查,大部分是由于缺乏有效沟通导致的,而医学高等院校医患沟通教育的先天不足,导致医务人员沟通意识和沟通技能的缺乏日渐显现,迫使医院必须进行医患沟通后续教育。Medical disputes resulting from tense doctor-patient relationship have become a common phenomenon in the whole society.According to relevant investigations,most medical disputes are caused as a result of lack of efficient communication. Furthermore,caused by the inadequate education of doctor-patient communication,insufficient communication awareness and skills on the part of medical personnel have become increasingly apparent,thus making it imperative for the hospitals to carry out follow-up education of doctor-patient communication.
