摘　　要：高等教育大众化时代正向我们走来,教书育人任重道远。作为高校教师,怎样才能做到既教书又育人,在师德、治学、爱生三个方面提出了自己的观点。The time of the popularized higher education is coming to us.It is a long way ahead to educate the person as well as impart knowledge.A college teacher should cultivate students while imparting knowledge. This paper proposes some viewpoints including the teachers' professional quality,scientific research and giving love to the students.
