摘　　要：规模较大的中国家族企业进行二次创业,是历史发展的必然选择,但家族企业的原有制度安排成为企业发展的较大障碍,同时在分析家族企业实际状况的基础上,探讨家族企业实现制度变革的途径。The large-scaled family-owned enterprises in china will inevitably experience system transfer. The author points out the original system management has become the major barrier of the enterprise development, and summarizes possible alternatives of family-owned enterprises based on the analysise of the current situation.
