浅谈高职院校就业指导课的开展

摘　　要：随着就业形势及就业制度的变化,高职院校原有的就业指导模式已无法适应。必须加强就业指导工作,开设就业指导课,成立就业指导教研室,建立就业指导课的师资队伍,加强就业指导课教材建设,这些措施是解决问题的关键。With the changes in employment situation and systems,the original employment instruction modes in higher vocational colleges have been out of date.It is necessary to reinforce employment instruction work,start employment instruction courses,establish employment instruction staff rooms,and set up employment instruction teachers’ team.It's critical to strengthen the teaching material construction of the employment instruction courses to solve the problems.
