摘  要:职业教育专业门类的繁多性与发展性决定了其师资培养的开放性,职教师资“双师型”素质要求使得非定向型培养成为必然。与此同时,无论在理论上还是在实践上,包括普通高校在内的各类教育都具有支撑非定向型职教师资养成的可行性。因此,应充分发挥现有高校的潜力,构建科学、合理的非定向型职教师资养成模式。The various forms and developing nature of the speciality of vocational education decide the openness of the training of teaching staff, the demand of the double-type teachers makes the training of the non-direction vocational education teachers be inevitable.In the meanwhile, all kinds of education including the common higher school have the feasibility of supporting the training of non-direction vocational education teachers from the aspects of theory and practice. So we should exert the potential of the current higher schools to construct the scientific and reasonable non-direction training pattern of the teaching staff in the vocational education.
