摘　　要：当前,成人高等教育必须寻求教育方式的改革与创新,大力发展各类非学历教育,从产业结构变化、科技发展以及个人需求等方面出发,培养多层次、多规格的应用性人才;重视师资队伍建设,提高继续教育质量;管理上要给成人高校放权,多形式、多渠道办学,促进成人高校继续教育的开放化、国际化。Non-record education is the necssary choice of adult education.To meet the requirements of scientific development and changes of industry structure,we should cultivate practical talents for various working field.To assure the quality of funther education in adult higher schools,we should try to improve the teaching staff quality,decentralizing administrative power,and enlarge school-running channels.
