摘　　要：专业技术人员继续教育是指已取得任职资格者继续进行培训和提高的教育。本文重点从创新专业化的继续教育观念、创建专业化的继续教育环境、完善专业化的管理机制、建设专业化的师资队伍、建立科学的培训模式等方面,探索专业技术人员继续教育的创新途径。Continuing education of technical personnel refers to the training and improvement of those who have got job qualification. This paper explores innovative means of continuing education of technical personnel by innovating specialized continuing education concept, creating specialized continuing education environment, perfecting specialized management mechanism, constructing specialized teaching troops and establishing scientific training mode.
