摘　　要：随着社会经济和卫生事业的发展,我国输血医学事业管理正逐步走上正规化轨道。输血医学事业的健康持续发展首先取决于从业人员的素质,目前输血医学专门人才队伍建设和管理水平与事业发展相比还不相适应,必须高度重视并切实加强输血医学教育。With the development of social economy and healthcare service,the progression of blood ransfusion of medicine administration in China has become more regular.The healthy progression depends,first of all,on the ability of employee. Currently the professional team in blood transfusion is not corresponding with its administration and development.Edcuation on mis must be highly focused and strengthened.
