摘　　要：针对局部解剖学和外科手术学教学中存在的问题,顺应医疗市场的新变化,三峡大学医学院打破传统的课程设置模式,将局部解剖学与外科手术学合并为手术局部解剖学,改进教学内容、教学方法和考试方法,建立了模拟外科手术操作的尸体解剖为中心环节的"三段式综合型、探索性"的实践教学新体系,取得了良好的教学效果。Aimed to resolve the problems between local anatomy and surgery,medical college of Three Gorges University changed the model of traditional course setup according to the new changes in the market.Local anatomy was integrated with surgery into surgical local anatomy.The teaching contents,methods and types of examination have been modified.The new teaching system of'three-segment integration and exploration',which determined the autopsy simulating surgical operation as the central importance,has been established and make it more fruitful.
