摘　　要：在信息时代,特色与柔性是学校的生命,而特色与柔性的形成则是一项系统工程。为此,学校必须在充分认识社会和了解自身的基础上,找准自己的定位,并在教学计划、课程体系、教学环境等方面进行大胆的改革。:In the information times,characteristics and elasticity are the life of school and the forming of characteristics and elasticity is a systematic engineering. School must locate its position definitely based on fully understanding society and themselves carries on the bold reformation at the aspects of teaching plan curriculum system and teaching environment etc.
