摘　　要：肩负高职教育任务的各类高职院校目前在竞争中仍处于劣势。高职院校要想在竞争中取胜,就必须创建竞争对手不易模仿的特色,并实施能够对多样性、多变性的社会需求随时作出迅速而有效反映的柔性教育。:All kinds of professional institutes undertaking the task of higher professional education are still in the position of inferiority at present.In order to stand firmly in the competition,these institutes must possess their own characteristics and carry out elastic education which can make reactions quickly and efficiently to meet the diversified and changeable social demands.
