摘　　要：结合光电读卡机和教学管理数据采集的特点 ,分析了光电读卡技术用于采集教学管理数据的可行性 ,提出了设计教学管理采集数据信息卡应遵循的四个原则以及应用软件应注意的两个基本问题 ,并简述了近几年的实践及效果。According to the characteristics of photoelectric reading card and data collecting in teaching administration, the essay analyzes the feasibility of using photoelectric reading technology to collect data in the teaching administration. It brings forth four principles which must be followed when designing data collecting information card in teaching administration and two basic factors people should pay attention to . It also discusses their application and effects in these years.
