摘　　要：本文利用Ｔｏｅｐｌｉｔｚ－块矩阵的位移结构，给出了Ｔｏｅｐｌｉｔｚ－块矩阵生成子的一种构造算法。并且给出了Ｔｏｅｐｌｉｔｚ－块矩阵和块－Ｔｏｅｐｌｉｔｚ矩阵生成子的相互转换关系。An algorithm to construct the generator for Toeplitz block matrices is presented, which makes use of the structure displacement of the matrices. And give the relation of transformable relation between the generator of Toeplitz block and Toeplitz block matrices when the every block matrix is square.
