摘　　要：目的 :利用啤酒废酵母细胞壁混合物代替传统的药用辅料制备尼莫地平片 ,增加其溶解度和溶解速度 ,提高尼莫地平片的药效 .方法 :以啤酒废酵母细胞壁混合物 ,淀粉 ,糊精 ,硬酯酸镁 ,制备尼莫地平片 ,并进行体外溶出度研究 .结果 :用酵母细胞壁混合物取代辅料糊精 ,淀粉后 ,片剂的溶出度大大提高 .结论Aim:Preparation of tablets nim odipine with the mixture of brewer's yeast cell wall instead of standard medicine adjuvantfor increasing medicine dissolution and its potency. Methods:Tablets nimodipine with different adjuvant included yeast cell wall mixture,starch,dextrin were prepared,and their medicine dissolution were assayed. Results:Medicine dissolution of tablets nimodipine in that the adjuvant was replaced by yeast cell wall mixture was increased greatly. Conclusion:Maybe yeast cell wall mixture will become a new medicine adjuvant and new medicine dosage form
