摘　　要：Liposomes have several advantages over viral vectorsfor gene delivery both in vitro and in vivo. However,few data are available concerning gene transfer intohematopoietic stem cells. In order to explore theefficiency and the stability of expression of gene transferinto hematopoietic stem cells, we have transduced twomarker genes (Neo^R and Lac Z) co-transfer into humanbone marrow CD34^+ hematopoietic stem cells
