摘  要:为检测某保健食品的改善记忆作用,用临床记忆量表法进行了人体试食试验。选择自我感觉记忆力下降的15~19岁学生,用中国科学院心理研究所编制的临床记忆量表测试,将受试者按记忆商高低顺序排成男女两队,再按奇偶数各分成两组,随机选择一组为实验组,另一组为对照组,实验前男生实验组(25人)MQ为64.2±16.5,对照组(23人)MQ为64.0±18.4;女生实验组(23人)MQ为65.2±20.6,对照组(24人)MQ为66.1±17.7。试验组服用保健食品,对照组服用安慰剂,连续40d后再次测试,测试期间受试者继续服用试样或安慰剂。试验用双盲法。第二次测试采用临床记忆量表的另一套测试题(与第一套测试题性质相同,内容相似)。试验结果表明,该保健食品对功能性记忆减退有显著的改善作用,试验后男生实验组MQ为103.5±12.5,对照组为78.7±20.6,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);女生实验组为115.5±9.3,对照组为72.3±24.2,两组差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。试验后试验组男、女生的MQ值均超过了正常平均水平(100),对照组的MQ值虽有所提高,但仍低于正常平均水平。试验组与对照组各分测验量表分的差?For testing the memory improvement function of the health food, an experiment in people with Clinical Memory Scale were made. The 15~19years students who felt theirs memory failing were chosen to be experimental subjects. The experiment was carried out by double blind. The results showed this health food significantly increased the memory quotient (MQ)of the experimental subjects. After taking sample or placebo orally, the MQ of the girls and boys that treated with sample increased 50.3 and 39.3 respectively, the MQ of the control group's girls and boys increased only 6.2 and 14.7 respectively.
