摘  要:对105名住院老龄患者进行营养调查,结果表明,老龄患者冠心病和高血脂症的发病率均很高,分别为50.4%和65.7%.高血脂症患病率高的主要原因为动物性脂肪摄入过高所致,而高血脂又加速了冠心病的形成.提示:老龄人应减少动物性脂肪的摄入,增加大豆食品,对预防冠心病的发生极为有利.One hundred and five hospitalized old patients were investigated about their nutrition. The results showed that the percentages of coronary heart disease and high blood fat of old patients were 50. 47% and 65. 7% , respectively. We think that the main reason of high percentage of high blood fat was overfat intake , and high blood fat accelerates the coronary heart disease. Therefore, it should be point out that old men need decrease animal fat intake and increase bean products intake. This will be beneficial to the precaution of coronary heart disease.
