摘 要:目的:探讨细胞色素CYP1A1基因MspⅠ酶切位点多态性与乳腺癌遗传易感性的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析技术,检测160例乳腺癌患者(病例组)和124例同期住院非乳腺癌患者(对照组),CYP1A1基因MspⅠ酶切位点多态性的3种基因型及等位基因的频数分布。结果:在病例组CYP1A1基因MspⅠ酶切位点基因型频数分布为:TT(45.0%)、TC(46.3%)、CC(8.8%),等位基因频数分布为T(68.1%)、C(31.9%);在对照组CYP1A1基因MspⅠ酶切位点基因型的频数分布为TT(61.3%)、TC(35.5%)、CC(3.2%),等位基因频数分布为T(79.0%)、C(21.0%)。各个基因型在两组中所占的比例差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组T、C等位基因频数比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:CYP1A1基因MspⅠ酶切位点多态性可能与本地区乳腺癌易感性有关。Objective To investigate the association between CYP1A1-Msp I gene polymorphism and genetic susceptibility of breast cancer. Methods CYP1AI-Msp I gene polymorphism in 160 patients with breast cancer and 124 controls were detected by PCR-RFLP. The frequencies of genotype and allele were analyzed. Results The distribution frequencies of genotype of CYP1A1-Msp I site in case group were TT 45.0%, TC46.3%, CC8.8%, and the frequencies of allelic gene were T (68.1%) and C (31.9%) . While the distribution frequences of genotype of CYP1A1-Msp I site in control group were TT61.3%, TC35.5%, CC3.2%, and the frequences of allelie gene were T79.0%, C21.0%. The ratios of genotypes in each group had no significant difference (P〉0.05); The frequencies of allelic gene of T and C in each group had significant difference (P〉0.01). Conclusion CYP1A1-Msp I gene polymorphism may be linked with genetic susceptibility of breast cancer in this area.
