山东省异常血红蛋白的研究(一)——发生率、异常类型和分布区域

摘　　要：对全省各地市中国人群进行了异常血红蛋白抽样调查,共调查了12108人,查出异常者23人,发生率为1.9‰,异常者分为两种类型,电泳区带相当于血红蛋白G和K,对部分异常者进行了家系调查,基本摸清了我省异常血红蛋白的发生率、异常类型及分布区域。A selective servey of abnormal hemoglobins among the Chinese population was carried out covering all the districts and cities in Shandong province, 12108 persons were investigated and 23 cases of abnormal hemoglobins were found; the incidence is 0.19％, Two kinds of mutant hemoglobins, 20 cases Hb G and 3 cases Hb K, were observed by eletrophoretic surveys. The genealogy of 3 cases were studied. These findings provided a preliminary elucidation for the Incidence, mutant types and distribution of abnormal human hemoglobins in Shandong Province.
