红豆草花粉的生活力及其贮藏温度

摘　　要：用碘化钾染色法、过氧化物酶法和培养基培养表明,红豆草花粉的生活力是很高的。三种方法测定结果分别为91.3%、80%和78.36%。又通过-2～0°C、1～3°C、8～10°C和30°C不同温度条件下的贮藏试验,红豆草花粉适宜的贮藏温度为1～3°C。在该温度下贮藏72小时后花粉培养发芽率仍为33.3%。By dyeing method of iodide of potassium peroxidase and culture of medium, Onobrychis Viciaefolia pollen viability is high. Theresults of three methods are 91.3%, 80.0% and 78.36%. respectively. And pass through the experiment of the store under the temperature -2～0℃, 1～3℃, 8～10℃, and 30℃, the suitable store temperature of the Onobrychis Viciaefolia pollen is 1～3℃. At the same temperature and storing 72 hours, The percentage of the pollen germinationis still 33.3%.
