摘 要:以乌拉坦1次腹腔注射(500mg/kg)和雌激素每周1次肌肉注射(50mg/kg)诱发小鼠肺肿瘤。以0.02%及0.2%的茶多酚溶液供小鼠饮用以研究茶多酚对肺肿瘤的抑制作用。18周后作肺肿瘤病理分析,饮茶多酚组发瘤率和发癌率显著低于阳性对照组,平均肿瘤数和恶性肿瘤比例明显降低。高剂量茶多酚组平均肿瘤数明显低于低剂量茶多酚组。阳性对照组肺肿瘤雌激素受体阳性率为37.3%,饮用低剂量和高剂量茶多酚可使受体阳性率分别降低到19.5%与12.5%。结果提示茶多酚对药物联合诱导的肺肿瘤发生有抑制作用,在肺肿瘤预防上有重要意义。ung tumors were induced by a single intraperitoneal injecting of urethan (500mg/kg) and multi intramuscular injecting of estrogen (50mg/kg) in mice, and the animals were administered orally with 0.02% or 0.2% of tea polyphenols (TP) simultaneously for 18 weeks to study its inhibitory effect. Results showed incidences of tumor and cancer in mice administered with TP were both statistically lower than those in positive control. Average number of tumor and proportion of malignant tumor were significantly fewer in both TP groups than in positive controls. Average number of tumor in mice administered with 0.2% TP was significantly lower than with 0.02% TP. A total 37.3% of estrogen receptor positive rate in tumors was found in positive control group. TP treatment lowered the receptor positive rate to 19.5% in 0.02% TP groups and to 12.5% in 0.2% TP group. The results suggest that TP can inhibit lung tumorogenesis caused by estrogen and urethan and that TP will be of great significance in preventing lung tumor.\ \
