摘 要:目的探讨院前急救护士资质及工作职责的改革实践在院前急救中的作用。方法通过对院前急救护士实行资格准入、核心能力培养和考核,由院前急救护士与医生组成急救团队进行院前急救,并对其院前急救质量、急救技术的应用情况、人力成本等进行总结。结果改革后的院前急救护士配置模式与传统模式相比,缩短了出诊时间,提高了抢救质量,降低了人力成本(P<0.05)。结论改革后院前急救护士在院前急救中具有明显优势,建议加大对院前急救护士的培养和使用。Objective To research reform and practice of the pre-hospital emergency nurses' qualifications and duties. Methods After application of access of qualifications ,core ability training and evaluating,the team of prehospital first aid in- cluding the pre-hospital emergency nurse and doctor was established in our hospital. The quality of prehospital first aid ,appli- cation of emergency technique and labor costs were evaluated. Results The reaction time were reduced,the quality of emer- gency were improved,and labor costs were dropped in major traffic accidents'emergency treatment compared with traditional model. Conclusion The new emergency treating model has obvious benefit. The pre-hospital emergency nurses' cultivation and use should be strengthened.
