摘 要:茶多酚作为茶叶中特有的一类化合物,对油脂的抗氧化作用、抗菌作用及消除体内自由基、抑制肿瘤生长的作用已被越来越多的研究证实。以茶多酚为主体的茶提取物也已进入了商品化生产,研究茶多酚的浸取方法在茶多酚制品方面有着重大的意义。目前,已报道的浸取方法有:溶剂萃取法、离子沉淀法、吸附分离浸取法、树脂法、超临界CO2萃取法、微波浸取法、超滤膜法及超声辅助浸取法等。本文就各种方法的基本原理、流程及优缺点作一综述。The tea polyphenol is a main chemical metter of tea.TP as a peculiar chemical commpound in tea, which have more and more confirmed the anti - oxygenation, anti -bacterium function of grease's, the effect of dissolving free radicles, repressing tumor growth already. TP as the main extracting substance of tea has also entered commercialization production, and its study has significant meaning. At present, the methods of leaching TP have been studied contain solvent extraction, ionic precipitation, adsorption asunder extraction, colophony extraction, supercritical CO2 extraction, microwave extraction, exceeding strain membrane extraction, ultrasonic assistant extraction and so on. Here, we review the basic principle, producing routine and advantages or disadvantages of each methord.
