摘　　要：肿瘤相关基因PEG10是由反转座子衍生来的遗传印记基因。研究表明,PEG10基因是肿瘤特别是肝细胞肝癌(HCC)发生的重要促进因素之一,并且在正常组织发育分化过程中也发挥着重要作用。本文概述PEG10基因在肿瘤发生和正常组织发育分化中的作用,探讨可能的作用机理,展望了其应用前景。Tumor associated gene PEG10 is a retrotransponson - derived imprinted gene. PEG10 has been reported to support proliferation in tumors, especially in hepatocellular carcinomas （HCC）. It is also critical for normal tissue development and differentiation. This article summarizes the research advances and the possible mechanism of PEG10 in tumorigenesis and normal tissue development and differentiation, and revealed the bright prospect.
