科学发展观指导下的高校研究生会工作探讨

摘　　要：高校研究生会作为学生组织中的一支重要力量,需要在科学发展观的指导下开展工作。结合高校研究生会工作的特点及研究生会的角色,提出研究生会工作科学发展的有效途径:建立有效的研究生会管理体制,明确责任,长效发展;优化布局,建立健全科学的组织机构;以人为本,踏踏实实搞好服务;精心打造活动品牌;积极开展对外交流等。对高校研究生会工作的开展具有一定的参考价值。Postgraduate student union,as an important part of student organizations,should be operated under the guidance of the concept of scientific development.With the combination of the characteristics of college postgraduate student union work and its roles in college,this paper puts forward some efficient measures to operate the work which are mainly as follows:1) Adopt effective management system,clarify respective responsibilities and take long-effective development policy.2) Optimize arrangement,and build a sound and scientific personnel management in the college postgraduate student union.3) Put people first and provide satisfactory service for college postgraduates.4) Establish its own characteristics by organizing some specific activities.The study shows that all of the suggestions put forward in this paper have provided instructive significance in practice.
