摘　　要：研究生创新能力培养是我国研究生教育的核心。近年来国内高教界对于研究生创新能力培养进行了多方面的探讨,主要从研究现状入手,对研究生创新能力的构成要素、创新能力培养存在的问题及其原因、创新能力培养的对策三方面进行了评述,提出了有待深入讨论的几个问题。Innovation ability in cultivating postgraduates is the core of postgraduates＇ education in China. In recent years, some researchers and even universities in China have studied the issue from various aspects. Based on the current situation, the paper summarizes and makes a brief comment on the factors of innovation ability, problems and reasons and countermeasures in the process of cultivation. At last, several issue must be discussed have been pointed out.
