摘 要:选取6种对大豆糖蜜具有较好脱色能力的离子交换树脂LS-30、LS-21、717、LS-12、LS-41、732,通过静态吸附实验,确定用大孔离子交换树脂阴离子树脂LS-21和阳离子树脂LS-12组成混床树脂,对大豆糖蜜粗糖液进行最佳脱色条件的研究。结果表明:最佳脱色条件为阴阳离子树脂混合比例2∶1,上柱大豆糖蜜粗糖液pH 5,流速1.5 BV/h;最佳解吸条件为NaOH-乙醇水溶液(10%NaOH与无水乙醇体积比1∶1)作LS-21解吸剂,解吸率达到95.23%;LS-21和LS-12组成的混床树脂在使用的5个周期内,脱色率和解吸率都能达到90%以上。The effects of six types of ion exchange resin ( LS - 30, LS - 21 on the decoloration of soybean molasses were studied. The static adsorption macroporous ion exchange resin of LS -21 and LS -12 formed mixed - ,717,LS - 12,LS -41,732) experiment results showed that bed represented the better de coloration ability. The dynamic adsorption experiment of mixed - resin of LS - 21 and LS - 12 showed that the optimal decoloration conditions were the proportion of anion - cation resin 2 : 1, pH 5 and flow rate 1.5 BV/h. The optimal conditions of desorption were that the NaOH - ethanol solution ( volume ratio of 10% NaOH solution to ethanol absolute 1 : 1 )was the best eluent for LS -21 resin,and the desorption rate reached 95.23%. For resin LS -12 and LS -21 used in the five periods,both the indexes of deeoloration and desorption were above 90%.
