提高专升本妇产科护理学教学质量初探

摘　　要：专升本妇产科护理学要坚持“理论-实践-体化”的教学模式，要符合护理系学生的学习特点，从教材使用、教学方法、考核方式、师资建设等方面共同创新，大胆尝试，提高教学质量，培养具有创新精神、团队意识和职业能力的新型高级护理人才。Obsterics and Gynecology Nursing of ＂college to university＂ should insist on teaching model of ＂integration of theories and practice＂, and it could fit the studying characteristics of students. It could raise the quality of the teaching and cultivate new type of higher nursing talented man with creaticv spirit, team consciousness and professional ability through educational reform on teaching material construction, teaching methods, examining forms and teacher construction.
