摘 要:制定了无人机电磁兼容性质量控制管理、管理措施以及控制计划,并提出了质量控制管理下进行无人机电磁兼容性组织管理、设计管理和电磁兼容性测试的方法,以及判断无人机系统是否兼容的总体公式和频谱分配的方法.实际测试结果表明,该方法的准确率在90%以上.根据多次测试的结果,统计得出了无人机应满足的系统级电磁兼容指标,得到对无人机造成伤害的电磁环境场强极限值在0.1~8×10^3MHz频段中为60~200V/m,无人机系统级电磁辐射极限场强在0.1~2×10^3MHz频段中为60~100dB·μV/m.该质量控制管理方法已经应用于某型无人机的电磁兼容性设计中,依照GJB356799以及在实际飞行场地中采用410A敏感度测试系统进行测试,结果显示:该无人机各机载设备工作正常,未出现设备失灵或降级情况.说明该质量控制管理方法是有效的.The contents of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) control, the managing measures and the compiling of controlling plan are described. The total EMC estimation equation and frequency assignment method were also stated. The testing results show that the accuracy of this frequency assignment method is above 90%. Further more, the steps of EMC analysis, prediction and EMC test of UAV under quality control plan are illuminated. The max harmful outside world electromanetic (EM) environment level to UAV is gained after many EMC tests, which is 60-200 V/m in 0. 1-8×10^3 MHz bandwidth. And the EMC standard at the system level of UAV is advanced as 60-100 dB ·μV/m in 0.1-2×10^3 MHz. This quality control method had been successfully applied in the EMC designing of a certain type UAV, which was tested in real flying ground by 410A susceptivity testing system and by simulated electromagnetic pulse (EMP) test according to military testing method GJB3567-99. The results reveal that all air-borne equipments can work normally and do not degrade, which indicates that the quality control method is effective.
