摘　　要：临床血液学和血液检验是一门实践性很强的学科,实验课又是其中非常重要的教学环节。教研室在多年的教学实践基础上,改进实验教学方法、利用现代化教学手段、重视实验结果分析、制定严格的实验考核制度和开辟第二课堂,以提高教学质量,培养高素质复合型检验人才。Clinical hematology and hematologic examination is a strong practical curriculum, and experimental class is very important in the aspects of teaching. In order to improve the quality of teaching and train compound laboratory talents with high quality,several effective reform measures were carried out based on the years of teaching practice by the department： improving the methods of experimental teaching; using modem means of teaching; emphasizing on the analysis of experimental results,formulating the rigorous experimental evaluation system and starting the second class etc.
