摘　　要：为适应社会经济迅速发展对医学人才的需求，皖南医学院按照“巩固优势、突出特色、扶持新型、发展应用”的思路，通过以优势学科为支撑，加快调整和构建科学、合理的专业结构体系，促进各学科协调发展；加快教学基本建设，改善办学条件；深化教学改革，拓宽专业口径，改革人才培养模式；规范教学管理，完善教学质量监控体系，保证教学质量；加强师资队伍建设，保证教学基本条件等，为培养和造就高质量的医学人才做出了贡献。With the rapid development of economy in our country the higher qualified medical talents are continuously needed. According to the idea of consolidating superiority, emphasizing characteristics, supporting new model, developing application, Wannan Medical College took the superiority discipline as the support and speeded up the adjustment and construction of reasonable specialty structure system. It promoted teaching reform, expanded specialty caliber, reformed the model of talent cultivation. It also standardized the teaching management, perfected the teaching monitoring system, strengthened the education and training of teachers and guaranteed the quality of teaching. With above innovations it tried to train highly qualified medical talents.
