摘  要:自1995年开始,北京协和医学院在部分七年制医学院校临床医学专业六年级学生中,经过考试并结合高考成绩和平时学习成绩,选拔少数优秀者入校继续学习2年,完成学业后按照八年制临床医学专业学生毕业,简称“七转八”教育项目。项目实施以来,扩大了北京协和医学院的生源范围,促进了国内医学院校的横向交流和高层次、复合型医学人才的培养;同时,也为八年制临床医学专业招生方式、培养模式等方面的改革积累了实践经验。Since 1995, Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) initiated a program of recruiting top students from the medical institutions who completed six year education in a 7-year curriculum system at those schools. The admission of the student is based on their learning performance and interview records. The admitted students will merge into 8-year curriculum at PUMC and get degree of MD after two more years' education. The implementation of this program and its impact on reformation of the students' enrollment as well as education at PUMC are described.
