摘　　要：目的从研究生的论文发表情况了解北京大学第一医院不同类别研究生的培养质量。方法对我院2007年毕业并获得相应学位的57名博士研究生和12名硕士研究生在读期间的论文发表情况进行统计分析。结果医学博士、临床医学专业博士、医学硕士在读期间发表的论文数量平均为3．17篇、1．93篇、1．58篇。其中，被美国科学信息研究所《科学引文索引》数据库（science citation index，SCI）收录期刊的论文平均数量分别为1．50篇、0．18篇、0．08篇，人均影响因子（impactfactor，IF）值分别为4．72、0．57、0．15。医学博士研究生发表的论文总数和SCI论文平均数量，以及人均IF值均明显高于其他类型研究生。结论北京大学第一医院获得学位的不同类别的研究生经历了不同程度的科学研究训练，而医学博士研究生从事科学研究和发表高水平科研论文的能力较强。Objective To investigate the quality of postgraduate education from the publication state. Method To analysis the publication states from different postgraduate students in 2007 in Peking University First Hospital. The papers from 69 students who acquired the qualification were analyzed. Ph.D. , M.D. and Master were selected. Results The number of publication were 3. 17,1.93 and 1.58 in Ph D, M.D. and Master, respectively. The number of publication with science citation index were 1.50,0. 18 and 0. 08, respectively. The average impact factor（IF） were 4. 72,0. 57 and 0. 15, respectively. The number of publication and IF were more in Ph. D. than that in other postgraduate students. Condusious Postgraduate students with different academic degree received appropriated training. Ph.D. candidate acquired the ability of engage scientific research and writing thesis in high quality.
