医学生对学生评教的认识与态度的调查分析与建议

摘  要:为了解医学生对学生评教的认识与态度,采用自编问卷对某综合性大学的147名医学生进行了调查,并采用SPSS11.0统计软件对有关数据进行统计分析。调查结果显示,超过半数的医学生能够认识到学生评教的必要性,明确学校开展学生评教活动的目的,且能够认真对待学生评教;但是,医学生对于学校及教师能否认真对待学生评教的结果信心不足。因此,学校应当对医学生加强宣传与培训,完善学生评教系统,公示学生评教结果,真正发挥以评促教的作用。In order to know the students' understanding and attitude towards their teaching evaluation, the questionnaire survey was carried out among 147 medical students and the results were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 statistics software. The results showed that over half of the students realized the necessity and benefit from the teaching evaluation. They recognized clearly the purpose of the evaluation and treated the evaluation seriously and earnestly. But the students also expressed a sort of doubt about whether teachers would take the students' evaluation as seriously and earnestly as the students. So it was suggested that the training of the students who would take part in evaluation should be strengthened, the evaluation system itself should be further improved, the results of the evaluation should be shown publicly. Thus the evaluation will take effect to promote teaching quality.
