2型糖尿病大鼠模型的建立及其验证

摘　　要：目的制备一种发病过程类似人类2型糖尿病的动物模型。方法雄性SD成年大鼠高糖高脂饲料喂养1个月,诱发出胰岛素抵抗,给予小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)25 mg/kg,腹腔注射,建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。结果试验组大鼠血糖升高,对胰岛素敏感性下降,从生化指标和形态学方面证实造模成功。结论本实验2型糖尿病大鼠模型造模成功,它具有中度高血糖、胰岛素抵抗、成功率高等特点,是人类2型糖尿病及其药物研究的理想动物模型。Objective Preparation of a disease similar to human type 2 diabetes animal model. Methods Male SD aduh rats fed high - fat high -sugar a month, induced insulin resistance, given lowdose streptozotocin （STZ, 25 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection） , set up in type 2 diabetic rat model. Results Test group of rats increased blood glucose, insulin sensitivity decreased, from the biochemical indices and morphology. confirmed the successful model. Conclusion The experimental rat model of type 2 diabetes model successfully, it has moderately high blood sugar, insulin resistance, the success rate is high, are of human type 2 diabetes and its drug research ideal animal model.
