摘　　要：2008年9月1日至2009年2月17日,美国发生了由鼠伤寒沙门菌(Salmonella typhimurium)导致的食源性疾病暴发,44个州报告了642名实验室确诊病例,9人死亡。流行病学及实验室检测结果表明,致病食品为美国食品企业生产的污染了鼠伤寒沙门菌的花生酱。From September 1, 2008 to February 17, 2009, Salmonella typhimurium caused at least 642 cases of salmonellosis food poisoning in 44 states throughtout the United States. Infection may have contributed to nine deaths. Epidemiologic and laboratory findings indicated that peanut butter produced at one plant was the source of the outbreak.
