摘　　要：主要介绍了双色碲镉汞红外焦平面阵列的应用需求和国外发展现状,对其工作模式、器件结构、器件制备的关键工艺技术、双色读出电结构进行了阐述说明。This paper gives the state of application and development of double-color detector of MCT, further more, gives the work mode, structure, important technology of process of detector.the structure of read out integrate circuit.
